Pellets are very sensitive to moisture and must be kept dry:</>

• Keep bags indoors or under a waterproof cover
• Store off the ground in a well-ventilated area
• Protect from damp and humidity to prevent swelling or crumbling

If stored correctly and kept dry, wood pellets can last 12–18 months without losing quality. For long-term storage, keep bags sealed and protected from humidity and moisture.

We offer free standard delivery across most of the UK within 2 – 5 days. Pellets are delivered on a pallet via a tail-lift lorry and pallet truck. You don’t need to be home for delivery, but the delivery area must be flat, hard standing (no grass, gravel or kerbs) and accessible.
